  From the get-go, they butchered our policy. They had a new agent working on our new account with them (we were trying to move our cars and home over to them from two other insurance companies). Everything was done incorrectly, so they then had two seasoned agents "try" to fix it. They kept claiming it was a "glitch" in the system that was nation wide, however State Farm's main number said there was no such glitch. The actual agent there, Rick Campbell, was asked to call us and he never did. We never did meet him, because we could never get past the rude office staff. We never got phone calls returned when they said they would return them. There was so much attitude with them all, too. I felt like I was inconveniencing them to give them our business. I'm not ready to scrap State Farm yet since I hear great things about them as an insurance agency, but we will definitely be switching agents. Don't waste your time with this poorly organized office. When I asked about a billing discrepancy on our first bill and mentioned how the math is off, the lady literally responded that their math is always off by a few dollars. Not the kind of place I want handling my financial affairs or my home...

  I have lived in the newly build part of Lakes of Summerville called Carrington Chase for about 8 months now. This is the worst neighborhood ever and the warranty people do not want to help you. My backyard floods everytime it rains and all they say is "it holds water because you have a fence and that is just the way your lot was designed" the moment I get snakes in my yard this community will be sorry. I am also in the process of getting in contact with Dhec about this situation of the water holding in my yard. The front of our road floods as well and everytime you tell someone, nothing is done. The paint they put on these freshly built homes are like water and it shows every mark and scuff. We have large gators in our ponds, according to HOA they have sent someone out to get the gator but the gator never comes out when they show up and HOA states "we can't keep calling them out for no reason". Ok, well when that gator gets a hold of a child they will think differently. Our community told us they would be building a pool and that was a lie all we are getting is a park and a tennis court . Per HOA we can not use the lakes of Summerville pool either, even tho we live in the neighborhood we are just a separate subdivision. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK ELSE WHERE!

  I just purchased my first home with Wind Gate. Carlos Lee was very informative and encouraging. The ladis in the other office was very nice also. NO HASSLE, NO SURPRISES....Great experience

  Best elementary school ever. I''ve had at least one child attending this school since 2002 and will miss it so much when my youngest finishes up her time there in less than two years.
