  2 tellers and numerous "managers" talking and laughing in offices with each other will there is 20 plus people waiting in line! this bank really needs to do a better job.

  This bank is fraudulent!!! BEWARE!!! They charge "hidden" fees which will throw your account into over draft. Once in over draft they will charge you a $35 over draft fee. I'm sitting here listening to a friend dispute these charges at the moment and am disgusted. Not only how she is being treated, but at the way this bank handle s themselves PERIOD! The app they ENCOURAGE you to download, for "accurate and fast" service is also inaccurate, according to BOA customer service. Explain to me how a bank who encourage s you to download this app, not only at this branch, but in the 1hr 1/2 wait x on the recording that they play over and over and over again IS WRONG?!? Why encourage the app? Is it to accumulate fee's from customers who, once, TRUSTED in their bank? Fortunately, I bank else where and have NEVER had this problem. What my bank app says is in there, is in there. I have heard HORROR stories about this bank and their fraudulent and bogus fee's they rack up from their members. I'm sure there will be a class action lawsuit in the future. In the mean x, I have a very large credit card with BOA that I will be cancelling. I want NOTHING to do with this bank and their terrible way handling $$. There are much better banks, BY FAR, that you should entrust your funds with.
